The programme assembles three documentary films that negotiate human relationships. Following both TÖCHTER as well as BRUDER MUSS LOS, there will be a Q & A session each with the respective directors.

ENTRE DEUX: TESTAMENT
Dorine Mokha (Lubumbashi)

Based on his eponymous stage play, Dorine Mokha – choreographer, performer, and founding member of GROUP50:50, who passed away far too young – broaches the issue of the brutal, tension-filled relation between his own queer identity and the repressive pressure meted out by the Congolese society in TESTAMENT.
BRUDER MUSS LOS

In her documentary film BRUDER MUSS LOS, director Stella Deborah Traub tells the story of her nineteen-year-old brother Colin who wants to leave his precarious life in a sheltered youth housing group behind to move to Berlin.
Biography
Quynh Le Nguyen, born in Soltau in 1995, completed her Bachelor's degree in Cultural Studies and Aesthetic Practice at the University of Hildesheim in 2018. Since 2018, she has been studying documentary film and television journalism at the University of Television and Film Munich.
Katharina Soon-Hi Thaler, born in Munich in 1993, completed her bachelor's degree in North American Studies at Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität Munich in 2017 and has been a freelancer in the BR television editorial department, culture section, since 2017. Since 2018, she has been studying documentary film and television journalism at the University of Television and Film Munich.
Stella Deborah Traub, born in 1996 in Öhringen, graduated in TV journalism from the Bavarian Academy for Television in 2017 and has been studying documentary film at the HFF Munich since 2018.
Dorine Mokha (✝) (Founding member GROUP50:50) was born in Lubumbashi in the Democratic Republic of the Congo in 1989. He was a dancer, choreographer and author. Dorine Mokha passed away unexpectedly on January 8th, 2021, in his hometown of Lubumbashi.
