A big question for society as a whole that always concerns me: how can we initiate encounters that would otherwise not happen?

I'm a big fan of plans, concepts and all the tools and methods that make you feel like you have everything under control. But I'm an even bigger fan of changing those plans and improvising in anysituation. In a profession where people and ‘play’ are central, and as a mother of two, improvisation is very important to me!
